Chenin Blanc
Great news for white wine lovers!*
Our collection is expanding with the arrival of Chenin Blanc, a rare grape variety in IGP Pays d’Oc (representing less than 1% of total production!).
Catherine Delaunay and her team have carefully selected two exceptional terroirs: Limestone from the Aude plain for freshness and Schist from the Cévennes for complexity and minerality. The result? A fresh, mineral, and complex wine, elegantly blending notes of pear, green apple, citrus, and delicate floral hints. It joins our range of fresh white wines alongside Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Sec, and Pinot Gris.
HVE3 certified, it reflects our commitment to sustainable and responsible viticulture. A must-try!
